I love panoramas as they capture so much more than a single photograph, and creating panoramas at places such as Oregon’s Cannon Beach is no exception.  This wasn’t the sunniest day for being on a beach in August, but this is the Pacific Northwest.  Cannon Beach is a popular place for people in the Pacific Northwest to visit.  Near the town of Cannon Beach is the town of Tillamook, which if you like cheese, “Yes, that Tillamook.”  This image was taken on a “fine” day in August.  The image shown here is the cropped version as on display, as this panorama consists of more than what you can see.  This image is a composite panorama meaning that the image consists of several individual images that were “stitched” together to make the bigger image.  This panorama was created from 18 individual images.  Resolution of the source image image is 10316 x 3439.
